Maria's Bridal Closes Rochester Store to Focus on Couture Wedding Dresses in
New West Bloomfield Bridal Shop

West Bloomfield, MI: November 3, 2009 - Local bridal shop owner Nadica announced today that her original bridal shop, Maria's Bridal in Rochester, has closed its doors. Nadica and her dedicated staff of wedding dress specialists will focus their attention on their core business,  couture designer wedding dresses for today's discriminating bride, at their new location, Maria's Bridal Couture in West Bloomfield, which opened a year ago.

Maria's Bridal Couture, located at 6325 Orchard Lake Road in West Bloomfield, specializes in bridal gowns, and a limited line of mother of the bride dresses, only. While the new store will not carry Bridesmaid and Flower Girl dresses, Nadica plans to expand on the shop's extensive line of couture wedding dresses from top designers previously available at Maria's Bridal. 

According to Nadica, "We want Maria's Bridal Couture to be all about the bride, and only the bride. We provide the bride-to-be with a personal experience that tells her that when she's in our store, our only concern is for her. We have consolidated the inventory from our two locations into the Bloomfield shop to be to offer a larger selection of couture and one-of-a-kind designer dresses in one location."

Maria's Bridal Couture features high-fashion couture wedding dress collections from cutting edge designers like Katerina Bocci, Angel Sanchez, and the Vera Wang Bridal Salon collection. In addition to these top designers, the company is in negotiations with other European design houses for exclusive U.S. distribution rights at the new location.

Maria's Bridal Couture is open by appointment only. Appointments are available:

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM

  • Thursday from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM

  • Saturday from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM
